Course description:
Sleep Hygiene seasonal depression: The goal of this month’s webinars is to address seasonal depression and how sleep is affected. They will also cover proper sleep hygiene and what environmental factors may interfere with sleep. It will discuss practices that will help have normal, quality nighttime sleep and full daytime alertness.
Upon completion the student should:
• Understand what may cause seasonal depression
• Know what symptoms are experiences from seasonal depression
• Understand what factors interfere with a normal nighttime sleep
• Know proper sleep hygiene


Continuing Education:
The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) designates this educational activity
for a maximum of 1 Continuing Sleep Technology Education credits.
Individuals should claim only those credits that he/she actually earned in the educational activity.
