Topic Description:
An overview of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in adults. Primary focus will include defining and diagnosing OSA including discussions on pathogenesis as well as risk factors for untreated OSA. The discussion will conclude with a look at treatment options including PAP therapy.

The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) designates this educational activity
for a maximum of 1 Continuing Sleep Technology Education credits.
