Course description:
MSLT/narcolepsy: This month’s webinars will cover the purpose of an MSLT and the requirements for a mean sleep latency test. It will also cover the basics of narcolepsy and how it is treated and diagnosed.
Upon completion the student should:
• Understand an MSLT and what it stands for
• Have a basic understanding of narcolepsy
• Have an understanding of treatment options for narcolepsy
• Have knowledge on how an MSLT is performed

Continuing Education:
The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) designates this educational activity
for a maximum of 1 Continuing Sleep Technology Education credits.
Individuals should claim only those credits that he/she actually earned in the educational activity.
